Blue Chip Players is a professional theater company dedicated to performing comedies, farces, Jewish-oriented, and mysteries, and new plays using local professional actors and directors. Blue Chip Players, Inc, has been in existence for more than 15 years, but has been in a hiatus for several years. It is now being re-invigorated and the site is being redesigned.

News Flash
Blue Chip Players' most recent production in March was a big hit at the 2008 Cincinnati Directors Competition. Director Arnie Shayne won the Directors Competition Grand Prize for his direction of Footprints of the Polar Bear, a brand new drama written by Phil Paradise. Congrats also to Arnie for his recent participation in a modified stage reading of the new play Flutterbies by Frank Christopher, directed by Lea Delaria at the Producers Club in NYC, with actor Peter Scolari and others. Arnie played a 110-year-old grandfather with a sharp mind, and a foul mouth. It was "a thrill of a lifetime," said Arnie to be working with Delaria and Scolari on this new play targeted for Broadway.

Blue Chip Players, Inc. is a professional corporation unique in that it produces and mounts a production from scratch. We emphasize the classic comedies and dramas and especially new plays from local playwrights.
